Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be issued only for payments made directly through HelloPM.co.
- To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within 10 days from the date of the commencement of the program.
- Any refund requests initiated beyond the 10-day period will not be considered even if the user/ student did not attend any live sessions and / or access any content or learning resources from the learning dashboard. That would be non-negotiable.
- Only purchases that meet the criteria outlined in our Terms of Service and/or Refund Policy are eligible for refunds.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, users must contact our team at info@hellopm.co with the following information:
- Name of the User / Student
- Cohort Details that the student has been enrolled in
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review the request and respond within 4-5 business days.
- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Refund Discretion:
HelloPM.co reserves the right to grant or deny refund requests at our discretion. Refunds may be denied if the user has violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Changes to Refund Policy:
- HelloPM.co reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
