4. The AI PM toolkit: NotebookLM and the Claude Suite — A practical tour of NotebookLM, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Claude for Design. What each tool is for, and when to reach for which.
5. 5 pro-tips for using Claude — Practical habits for giving context, choosing the right model, using Projects, and turning Artifacts into useful outputs.
6. End-to-end workflow walkthrough — A live run-through of a real PM problem, from problem statement to a finished PRD, using the tools and use cases from the day.

📅 Day 2: Building AI Products

Day 2 is about the product side. How AI products work under the hood, and how to make good design and architecture decisions as the PM in the room.

1. Understanding LLMs: potential and limitations — How large language models actually work, what they're good at, and the failure modes every PM needs to know about. No math, just intuition.
2. Case study: how Ask Google works — A breakdown of a real AI product end-to-end. The architecture, the trade-offs, and the design decisions behind it.
3. Working with large knowledge bases — How RAG works, why hallucinations happen, and how to think about model choices (small vs large, fast vs accurate, open vs closed).
4. Harness design — The craft of designing everything around the model: the prompts, the guardrails, the evals, and the user experience for when the AI gets it wrong. This is the actual job of an AI PM.
5. Becoming a great AI PM, without forgetting the basics — The habits and mindsets that separate good AI PMs from great ones, and a reminder of the PM fundamentals that matter even more in the AI era.
