This teardown walks onboarding, homepage, medicine listing, product detail pages and the booking flow, cataloguing what helps and what gets in the way during actual use rather than in the abstract.
The friction list is specific: a delete icon hidden inside the quantity dropdown, doctors auto-assigned with no patient choice, a cluttered confirmation page when delivery dates differ across items, and generic alternatives that break the main cart flow. The wins get equal billing, including the smart search bar, medicine detail pages with expiry information, and the phlebotomist profile shown before home collection. Three features are then reverse-engineered from user and business angles, with differentiation from PharmEasy, Netmeds and Apollo 24/7 mapped out.

Chronic patients were interviewed and three segments surveyed: chronic users, diagnostic users in tier-1 and tier-2 cities, and online consultation users. A SWOT confirmed that home sample collection is genuinely praised while delivery unpredictability drives churn, and that competitors such as PharmEasy answer the gap with discounts rather than reliability. Problems were then ranked on population, intensity and frequency, which put unreliable medicine delivery on top and tied it straight to retention and repeat revenue.

The Reliability Suite is three features working together. A Guaranteed Delivery and Collection Slot carries a visible Promise Tag and automatic compensation when the SLA is missed. Auto-Refill handles chronic medicines with prescription validation and skip controls. Smart ETA and Delay Alerts track in real time and push notifications and SMS for any deviation beyond 15 minutes.
