The assignment
Run a full GTM with AI-generated videos (Higgsfield, Google Veo). Land your first 10 users on Instagram or LinkedIn.
An AI-generated GTM video for VoiceSkill — his personal-voice writing tool that learns how you write and then drafts in your voice — built entirely from free tools. With the obvious AI-video tools (Veo, Higgsfield) now paywalled, Himanshu chained a pipeline instead: Pixelbin for the AI hook clip, NotebookLM for the explainer scenes, ElevenLabs for the voiceover, Pixabay for music, and Claude to stitch it together and time the cuts to the voice, with the product shots pulled from VoiceSkill's own UI. Posted to LinkedIn as build #7 of his #BuildInPublic run.
Himanshu shipped a LinkedIn post. This read comes from the artifact and Himanshu's own account of it — no scores, just what the build does and does not show.
What it demonstrates
What is not shown
Take this awayWhen the polished tool is paywalled, a chained pipeline of free ones can still ship the creative. The constraint was a sourcing problem, not a capability one — and knowing how to assemble beats waiting for one button.
Distribution is part of the build. Landing real users — not likes — is the honest scoreboard, and generating the creative with AI is how a solo PM runs a campaign that used to need a whole team.
The creative is genuinely AI-made
Video out of an AI video tool — Veo, Higgsfield and friends — rather than a screen recording or stock footage with a caption on it.
The campaign actually ran
Posted, live, on a real feed. A campaign plan describing what you would post is a different, easier assignment.
Users, not views
Signups, waitlist joins, trials — people who did something. Impressions are the number you report when the other numbers are small.
No numeric scores are published here. These pages are written reads of what each builder shipped — the build is the point, not a mark out of a hundred.
