AI threaded through the Google Forms workflow, from hypothesis-led design to post-collection analysis
Google Forms wins on being free, quick to set up, and easy to share, and it quietly assumes whoever opens it already knows how to write a good research question. Biased wording, broken branching logic, and the wrong question format all pass unnoticed until data collection is over, which is the point where fixing them is expensive or simply impossible.
The proposal puts AI at both ends. Creation starts from a stated hypothesis and uploaded context files, question quality gets flagged in real time when wording is biased or unclear, and branching logic is validated automatically so respondents never hit a dead end. After collection, AI summarises long-form answers, runs multi-variable analysis, and reports back on whether the original hypothesis held up, all without exporting anything to another tool.
